CanPrint FTP Service

You can upload large files to CanPrint by using our FTP service.

	Microsoft Windows On Windows, point Internet Explorer (or your FTP client) at: ftp://ftp.canprint.com.au/ and drag-and-drop your files into the uploads folder.
	Mac OS 9 and Mac OS X The Mac OS X Finder does not support uploading by FTP. So, you need to download a FTP client if you don't already have one. We recommend Cyberduck, which is a free download. If you're using Cyberduck, just enter ftp.canprint.com.au into the Quick Connect box and drag and drop your files into the uploads folder. Use the following server details: Server: ftp.canprint.com.au Username: anonymous Password: (your e-mail address)

Notes:

• You can't upload entire folders. Please compress your folders into ZIP files before sending them.
• You can only upload into the uploads directory.
• Once you've uploaded a file, you can't see it in the uploads directory. This is a security requirement.
• So that we can easily identify your files, please give them a useful name and include your sales rep's name e.g. XYZ_Report_2008_for_Steve.pdf.
